Instructions
If you intend to submit an Invention Disclosure, request a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) or a Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA), please follow the steps below:
- Follow the link to navigate to the Jefferson Agreements Portal.
- You will need to create a new username and password to access the portal. This single username will allow access to both the MTA Portal and the Invention Disclosure Portal.
The Agreement Portal is not connected to the Jefferson Campus Key or password. Your Jefferson credentials cannot be used to log in to this application.
Ownership of inventions created by Jefferson’s faculty, physicians, students and staff and distribution of income generated through its commercialization is governed by Jefferson's Intellectual Property Policy. Please follow the link to access the policy:
